NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED ADJUSTMENTS TO SEWER RATES
December 11, 2024 at 6 p.m.

Notice is hereby given the Jamestown
Sanitary District (“District”) will hold a public hearing to consider sewer rate adjustments. The 
hearing will take place on Wednesday, December 11th, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the
Community Hall at 18250 Main Street, Jamestown, CA 95327. The District will review the amount of 
the proposed rates as well as the methodology for calculating the proposed rates. At the conclusion 
of the hearing, all
written protests received will be counted and validated. Absent a majority protest, the
District Board of Directors will consider
implementing the sewer rate increases that could become effective on or after January 1, 2025.
